We establish transparent, flat-rate pricing based on standard shop labor rates and genuine manufacturer parts. Always receive a firm diagnostic quote before any wrench touches your boat.
Bellows & Gimbal Bearing Replacement
Complete water intrusion sealing. Includes replacement of upper and lower drive bellows, brand new gimbal bearing, shift cable boot, water intake hose, and complete marine seal kit.
Every 4 Years / Inspection
Outdrive Gear Lube Change
Upper and lower gear case oil flush. Pressure testing to verify internal gear integrity, replacement of drain plug seals, and replenishment of premium OEM synthetic gear lubricant.
100 Hours or Annually
U-Joint & Shift Cable Service
Universal drive shaft joint inspection, drive spline lubrication, shift bellows tuning, and replacement of core shift cable components to guarantee seamless gear transition.
Every 2 Years
Trim System Reseal & Service
Re-packing trim cylinder seals, checking hydraulic pump lines for corrosion, system pressure testing, and topping off specialized hydraulic fluid for dependable trim functionality.

Annual Sterndrive Service Package
Our comprehensive inspection program. Includes outdrive removal, alignment check, engine shaft lubrication, full bellows testing, shift test, and installation of brand new sacrificial anodes.
Every Spring
Full Outdrive Rebuild
Complete teardown of upper and lower units. Installation of custom gears, heavy duty performance bearings, drive seals, and all internal mechanical shafts back to direct OEM specification.
Every 5–7 Years / As Needed
Impeller Replacement
Includes removal and replacement of the raw water impeller to maintain proper engine cooling.
Every 2 Seasons
Oil Change
Full synthetic or conventional oil and filter change for sterndrive engines.
